Northside Welcomes Specialist

 Northside Melanoma and Sarcoma Specialists of Georgia is pleased to welcome Nicole Kounalakis, M.D., as the newest physician to its practice in Sandy Springs. She is also the medical director of the Northside Hospital Cancer Institute, Melanoma and Sarcoma Programs. A board-certified and fellowship-trained oncologist, Dr. Kounalakis joins Dr. Scott Davidson and will provide comprehensive care and treatment to patients with a melanoma diagnosis and soft tissue sarcomas. Dr. Kounalakis received her medical degree from Rutgers Medical School. Dr. Kounalakis lives in Northeast Atlanta with her husband and son, and enjoys hiking, cycling and skiing. Stobie Joins Oglethorpe

Peter D. Stobie as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President for Business & Finance at Oglethorpe University. Stobie brings more than 30 years of finance and operational experience in both higher education and the corporate environment. Stobie comes to Oglethorpe from the Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences, where he served as the Director of Strategic Initiatives. Stobie grew up in Dunwoody and attended St. Pius X High School. He and his wife Lisa, a personal fitness trainer, have two children, Drake and Kara.

Supporting The Aquarium

Fast Heart by Deb Bowman

Fast Heart is the debut for Deb’s original compositions with fellow songwriter Janet Powell.  FAST HEART was one of the last projects recorded at the storied Power Station recording studio in New York City.
