The “It Girl” of Chile, whose TV career began when she was 10 years old, relocated to Brookhaven to break in to the American entertainment industry. Vesta Lugg, who was born in Ottawa, Canada, and raised in Santiago, Chile, is best-known in Latin America for her starring role on “Bakan” or BKN, the longest running teen television show in Chile, often compared to Beverly Hills 90210. Now 21, Vesta has parlayed her role on BKN in to thriving careers in film, music, live entertainment, modeling and as a fashion and social media icon. (She recently appeared in a TV ad with Kendall Jenner). Vesta began writing and singing during her seven years on BKN, as her character was part of a band. Several episodes included a concert tour, and Vesta instantly clicked with the audience of 20,000+. In 2015, she released five songs on iTunes and Spotify, this year released a new video for her single, “Turn off the Lights,” and will release a new album this fall. I love to get coffee and my cheat day treat at Sugar Shack on Saturday. Great selection of yummy goodies!
On Friday nights, I enjoy hitting Kaleidoscope for a glass of Chardonnay and the spectacular calamari! Great scene and music.
I love designer sales, and twice a year Saks in Buckhead has the best ones! I bought my favorite pair of Chanel shoes there.
Umi has become my favorite place to take friends who are visiting Atlanta. The menu is great and so is every dish we order.
I love keeping my body healthy, and Blast has become a regular in my workout regime. It’s a great class to take with friends! No excuses!
My go-to-guy when I have to change hair color for new roles is Jamie Latiolais of Bernard Dugaud Salon in Buckhead. He’s the king of blondes and redheads.
