I love these and use them religiously. Roll your quads, your back or shoulders. I use it to crack my back and roll out kinks and tight spots. Keep one in your living room (roll it out during the morning news) and one in your bedroom (after a hot bath). The unique pattern on these allow the tissue to relax as you roll and promotes the flow of blood and oxygen responsible for carrying nutrients needed to repair muscle.
